What if I have a return or exchange? |

Returns of damaged store merchandise and/or size exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date. Goods and Apparel must have all the original tags and packaging. Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item: 1) Obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service at 1-800-726-9488. Special forms are also available & can be sent to you via fax or email upon request. 2) Include a copy or the original packing slip that accompanied your order with a return address. 3) Specify whether you want to return or exchange. 4) If you request an exchange, please indicate new size or color choice. 5) For any custom orders including apparel sizes not offered through the PBlogostore site, returns or exchanges will be authorized only on an individual basis and with prior consent.
No returns will be accepted from outside the continental U.S. | |
